Subscription & Fees

• An initiation fee applies to your first subscription cycle. It must be paid again if you resume after cancelling.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled, and you authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal.

• There are no cancellation fees. Refund processing and bank fees (see Refunds) are separate.

Cancellation

• You can cancel anytime, but you must submit the request at least 3 days before your next billing date. Later requests take effect from the following cycle.

• Use the cancellation form with the full name, phone number, and email address you used to register your member account. We cannot process requests that don’t match an active member account.

• We will email a confirmation from finance@boulderplanet.id within 72 hours. Until you receive it, your cancellation is not confirmed.

• If the next cycle has already been billed, no refund is given. We will honour your subscription until the end of the billed period.

Payments & Billing

• You are responsible for accurate payment details (card, billing email, member account) and for linking only one active subscription and payment method per member account.

• We are not responsible for charges caused by incorrect or duplicate details you entered, or by payments made to or from an account other than the member account.

• Please check your statements monthly and report any discrepancy to us in writing within 30 days of the charge date. Unreported charges are treated as accepted.

Refunds

• All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. If we confirm a billing error caused by us, we will refund the excess to the original payment method. If the error was caused by you or your payment provider, any refund is at our sole discretion.

• Bank, payment gateway, and refund processing fees are deducted from approved refunds, unless the error was caused solely by us.

• Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we confirm the refund breakdown in writing. Your bank may need extra time to credit the amount.

Disputes & Changes

• Contact us first at finance@boulderplanet.id and allow reasonable time to investigate before filing a chargeback with your bank. Complaints must be sent by email with your account details and supporting evidence, and we will review them against these terms.

• We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of your membership means you accept the updated terms.
